How it Works
If your school signs up to our fundraising program this is how the fundraising process works:
- We will issue Brochures, Poster and Fundraising Cards to the School, well in advance of St. Patrick’s Day. (usually by the first week of February). The school has the option of putting the poster on display in the school, indicating the purpose of the fundraising, for all to see.
- The children use these fundraising cards to sell the Shamrock for €3.00 per unit. The sales are completed and the money collected in advance of St. Patrick’s Day.
- You advise Living Shamrock the number of Shamrock you need by the end of the first week of March.
- Living Shamrock sends you the number of Shamrocks you have sold (25 shamrocks in each box) by Courier, to arrive to you on an agreed date. (at least by March 14th)
